Composition structure

JZC350 concrete mixer is composed of feeding mechanism, mixing mechanism, transmission mechanism, water supply mechanism, chassis and electric control system.

（1） Feeding mechanism of JZC350 mixer

The feeding mechanism of JZC350 concrete mixer is composed of feeding frame, feeding hopper and lifting device.

The feeding system of the full-automatic JZC350 drum mixer is composed of the winch mechanism, feeding rack, hopper, feeding hopper, etc. The brake motor drives the drum to rotate through the reducer, and the steel wire rope climbs up along the loading rack track through the pulley traction hopper. When it climbs to a certain height, a pair of rollers on the bottom of the hopper enter the horizontal fork of the loading rack, the hopper door opens automatically, and the materials are put into the mixing tank through the middle hopper. The upper and lower limit of the hopper are controlled by the travel switch. The upper limit switch is installed on the feeding rack, and is equipped with two, which are respectively used for raising limit and safety protection on the hopper. There is only one limit switch at the lower limit of the hopper of JZC350 drum mixer, which is installed on the top of the upper guide rail. When the hopper falls to the bottom of the pit, the steel wire rope is slightly loose, the spring lever mechanism makes the lower limit action, and the winch mechanism stops automatically.

The brake motor of JZC350 concrete mixer can ensure that the hopper can be reliably stopped at any position during full load operation. The brake torque is adjusted by the large nut on the back of the motor.

The hoisting winch of JZC350 drum mixer is composed of electromagnetic brake motor, reducer and drum. The speed ratio of reducer is 22:45, and the drum speed is 62.36r/min.

（2） JZC350 mixer mixing mechanism

JZC350 mixer mixing mechanism is the working part of mixer, which is composed of mixing drum, supporting wheel and transmission system.

The simplified body of JZC350 drum mixer is biconical, and there are high and low blades welded in the drum, which form an included angle with the axis of the drum respectively. When the mixer rotates with the mixing drum, the blades make the materials rise and fall, and at the same time, they make axial reciprocating agitation, so the mixing is strong and the effect is good. The mixing time of JZC350 concrete mixer is about 35s-45s.

JZC350 concrete mixer is welded with a pair of discharge blades inside the discharge cone of the shaking drum. When the concrete is mixed, change the rotation direction of the mixing drum, and the concrete will be discharged from the outlet cone through the low blades and discharge blades.

The mixing drum of JZC350 mixer is supported by four supporting wheels. The rotation of the mixing drum is realized by the motor driving the large gear ring installed on the simplified body through the transmission system. The operation is reliable. The positive and negative rotation of the mixing drum is realized by the motor reversing.

(three) water supply system of JZC350 mixer

JZC350 mixer water supply system consists of motor, water pump, regulating valve, water suction valve and pipeline.

The starting water pump of JZC350 mixer can inject water into the mixing drum and mix the water required for each tank of concrete. The time in the electric control system and the relay control the running time of the water pump. When the button is turned to the "time control" position, the water pump will run and stop automatically according to the set time. When the button is turned to the "manual" position, the water can be supplied continuously. The JZC350 concrete mixer is also equipped with another pipeline for external water and cleaning of the whole machine.

（4） JZC350 mixer chassis

JZC350 mixer chassis is of welding structure. Two tires are installed at the lower part, and a traction bar is installed at the front for towing. In order to facilitate short-distance towing and parking, the JZC350 concrete mixer is equipped with a front roller, and the four corners of the chassis are equipped with adjustable legs. When the mixer is working, support the legs firmly to make the whole machine stable. When towing, the outrigger shall be folded up at its high position and fixed with a bolt, and the front roller shall be turned over and hung properly.
