Feed system

The feeding system of full-automatic JZC350 concrete mixer is composed of winch, feeding rack, hopper, feeding hopper, etc.

The upper and lower limit of the hopper are controlled by the travel switch. The upper limit switch is installed on the feeding rack, and there are two switches, which are respectively used for raising limit and safety protection on the hopper. The lower limit is only a limit switch, which is installed on the top of the upper guide rail. When the hopper descends to the bottom of the pit, the steel wire rope is slightly loose, the spring lever mechanism makes the lower limit act, and the winch stops automatically.

Mixing system

The mixing system is the working part of JZC350 concrete mixer, which is composed of mixing drum, supporting wheel and transmission system.

The structure of the mixing drum is biconical, and the drum is welded with high and low blades, which form an included angle with the axis of the mixing drum. As the mixing drum rotates, the blade makes the material rise and fall, and at the same time, it also makes axial reciprocating agitation, so the mixing is strong and the effect is good. The mixing time of general building concrete is about 90s-120s.

Water supply system

The water supply system consists of motor, water pump, regulating valve, suction valve and pipeline.
