JZC500 concrete mixer is composed of feeding mechanism, mixing mechanism, driving mechanism, water supply mechanism, chassis and electric control system.

（1） Feed mechanism

The feeding mechanism is composed of feeding frame, feeding hopper and lifting device. The feeding mechanisms of JZC series are different.

The feeding system of the full-automatic JZC500 concrete mixer is composed of the winch mechanism, feeding rack, hopper, feeding hopper, etc.

The brake motor can ensure that the hopper can be reliably stopped at any position during full load operation. The brake torque is adjusted by the large nut on the back seat of the motor.

The hoist is composed of electromagnetic brake motor, reducer and drum. The speed ratio of reducer is 22:45, and the drum speed is 62.36r/min

（2） Water supply system

The water supply system consists of motor, water pump, regulating valve, suction valve and pipeline.

Start the water pump to inject water into the mixing drum and mix the water required for each tank of concrete. The operation time of the water pump is controlled by the time relay in the electronic control system. When the button is turned to the "time control" position, the water pump will operate and stop automatically according to the set time. When the button is turned to the "manual" position, the water can be supplied continuously, and another pipeline is set for the use of water outside the barrel and the cleaning machine.

(three) chassis

The chassis is of welded construction. Two tires are installed at the lower part, and traction bar is installed at the front part for towing. In order to facilitate short-distance towing and parking, JZC500 mixer is equipped with front roller, and four corners of chassis are equipped with adjustable legs. When the mixer is working, support the legs firmly to make the whole machine stable. When towing, the outrigger shall be folded up at its high position and fixed with a bolt, and the front roller shall be turned over and hung properly.

（4） Electrical system

The JZC500 concrete mixer is equipped with an electrical control box separated from the whole machine, which can realize remote operation. The operation button and time relay are installed on the door of the box, and are equipped with a protective cover.
