Working principle

JZC250 concrete mixer is composed of feeding mechanism, mixing mechanism, transmission mechanism, water supply mechanism, chassis and electric control system.

（1） Feeding mechanism of JZC250 mixer

The feeding mechanism is composed of feeding frame, feeding hopper and lifting device. Feed mechanism of JZC250 concrete mixer. Raise or lower hand lever control of the hopper. The rising of the feed hopper is driven by the output shaft of the gearbox through the feed clutch and the wire rope drum at the shaft end. The upper limit position of the hopper is controlled by the limit device. When the hopper is in place, the clutch automatically disengages, and the hopper falls by its own weight. When the hopper lands, the hand will be released.

（2） JZC250 mixer mixing mechanism

Mixing mechanism is the working part of mixer, which is composed of mixing drum, supporting wheel and transmission system.

The structure of the mixing drum is biconical, with high and low blades welded in the drum, forming an included angle with the axis of the mixing drum. When the mixer rotates with the mixing drum, the blades make the materials rise and fall, and at the same time, they make axial reciprocating agitation, so the mixing is strong and the effect is good. The mixing time of JZC250 concrete mixer is about 35s-45s.

A pair of discharge vanes are welded inside the discharge cone of the shaker. When the concrete is mixed, the rotation direction of the mixing cylinder is changed, and the concrete is discharged from the outlet cone through the low vanes and discharge vanes.

The mixing drum is supported by four supporting wheels. The rotation of the mixing drum is realized by the motor driving the large gear ring installed on the simplified body through the transmission system. The operation is reliable. The positive and negative rotation of the mixing drum is realized by the motor reversing.

（3） Water supply system for mixing time of concrete

The water supply system consists of motor, water pump, regulating valve, suction valve and pipeline.

Start the water pump to inject water into the mixing drum and mix the water required for each tank of concrete. The operation time of the water pump is controlled by the time relay in the electronic control system. When the button is turned to the "time control" position, the water pump will operate and stop automatically according to the set time. When the button is turned to the "manual" position, the water supply can be continuous.

（4） Concrete mixing time chassis

The chassis is of welded construction. Two tires are installed at the lower part, and a tow bar is installed at the front part for towing.

（5） Electrical system of concrete mixing time

The JZC250 concrete mixer is equipped with an electrical control box, which is installed on the whole machine. The operation button and time relay are installed on the door of the box, and are equipped with a protective cover.
