JS1500 forced concrete mixer and 1.5m3 concrete mixer are also the main machines of 75 mixing station and 90 mixing station. This machine has the double advantages of single machine independent operation and simple concrete mixing station composed of PLD series batching machine, and can also provide matching main machines for mixing station.

JS1500 concrete mixer is suitable for mixing dry and hard concrete, mobile concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete and various mortars in various prefabricated component plants, water conservancy, road, bridge and other industrial and civil construction departments. It can not only operate independently, but also synthesize simple mixing station with corresponding batching unit. This machine is characterized by reasonable structure, good mixing quality, short time, low energy consumption and low noise. Lining plate and mixing blade are made of wear-resistant alloy cast steel with high hardness and toughness, with long service life. The main parts of the electrical control system are imported components, with excellent performance and high reliability.

The unloading height of the machine is 2.7m and 3.8m respectively (or user-defined), and the user can use the dumper or concrete mixer truck.
