The control system of stabilized soil mixing station includes MCC control cabinet, operation console, PLC and industrial computer system. MCC control cabinet includes low-voltage electrical equipment, frequency converter and other equipment, and operation console includes operation button, intermediate relay and instrument, etc.

A. The whole system has automatic batching, continuous mixing, manual unloading and loading control. For the convenience of equipment maintenance, the system also sets the manual control switching function.
