Purpose:

Wdb300-800 series stabilized soil mixing station is mainly used for continuous production and mixing of gravel stabilized layer such as high-grade highway, urban road, airport runway, etc., and also for lime soil stabilized layer.

Characteristic:

The stable soil mixing station can be divided into two types: computer metering and speed regulating metering. The machine has continuous operation, accurate proportioning metering, high production efficiency, simple operation and convenient maintenance, and is suitable for large flow continuous operation.

Equipment composition:

Aggregate proportioning system: orthopedic bucket, computer belt scale or adjustable speed belt scale, horizontal belt conveyor;

Powder supply system: powder bin, impeller feeder, screw electronic scale (computer type), screw conveyor;

Water supply system: water tank, water pump, pipeline, valve, sprinkler;

Mixing device: motor, reducer, double horizontal shaft mixer;

Storage device: inclined belt conveyor, storage bin, air compressor;
