Lsy type screw conveyor is designed and manufactured in accordance with JB / t679-95 screw conveyor, and it is the replacement product of GX type screw conveyor. Screw conveyor, commonly known as stranding dragon, is a kind of conveying equipment widely used in mineral, feed, grain and oil, and construction industry. From the perspective of the displacement direction of conveying materials, screw conveyor is divided into two types: horizontal screw conveyor and vertical screw conveyor, which are mainly used for horizontal conveying and vertical lifting of various powder, granular and small pieces of loose materials.

Working principle of lsy screw conveyor:

Lsy type screw conveyor uses the rotating screw to move the transported materials along the fixed enclosure for conveying work. The head and tail bearings are moved outside the enclosure. The sliding bearing is used to lift the bearing, which is equipped with dust-proof sealing device. The bearing bush is generally made of powder metallurgy, the cement is transported by felt bearing bush, and the lifting shaft and screw shaft are connected by slide block.
