The equipment shall be operated under the guidance of the technical personnel of the concrete mixing plant manufacturer and in strict accordance with the equipment instructions after the technical function indexes of the equipment are qualified.

1、 Before operation:

   1. Qualified sand, stone and aggregate shall be prepared according to the technical functions of the mixing station;

   2. Check whether the transmission, moving parts, bin door, bucket door and track in the mixing barrel are stuck by foreign matters;

   3. Check whether the oil level height of each smooth oil tank meets the requirements;

   4. Open the valve to drain the water in the air-water separator, and open the drain plug of the air receiver to drain the oil-water mixture;

   5. The wire rope equipment of the lifting bucket is correct, and the brake of the lifting bucket is flexible and useful;

    6. All bolts have been tightened, and the feeding and discharging valves have no over limit wear, and the tension of the conveyor belt is moderate without deviation;

   7. The weighing equipment is normal, and its accuracy meets the requirements;

   II. In operation:

   1. When the equipment is working, it is forbidden for personnel to enter under the storage area and lifting bucket; it is forbidden to put limbs into the hopper and mixing bucket to explore;

    2. When the dragline is stuck by obstacles, it is not allowed to forcibly pull, lift heavy objects with the dragline, and reverse operation is not allowed during the pulling process;

   3. The mixer shall not be shut down when it is fully loaded. In case of any fault or power failure, the power supply shall be cut off immediately, the switch box shall be locked, the concrete in the mixing barrel shall be removed and cleaned, and then the fault shall be eliminated or the power supply may be waiting for;

    4. Overload operation is not allowed. Check the working condition of the motor. In case of abnormal sound or temperature rise, stop the machine immediately to check;

III. after operation:

    1. Before the machine is shut down, the switches and pipelines shall be unloaded first and then closed in sequence. The cement in the spiral pipe shall be transported out completely, and no material shall remain in the pipe;

   2. After shutdown, clean all parts of the equipment and ensure the weighing accuracy;

   3. In the freezing season, the water in the water pump, additive pump, water tank and additive tank shall be drained, and the water pump and additive pump shall be started for 1-2 minutes.
